Please follow speed limits on your way into work!! Kiawah Island Community Association (KICA) operates several speed monitoring devices in key locations around the island. These devices flash when a driver exceeds the speed limit and capture the license plate of speeding vehicles. Any Kiawah employee who exceeds the speed limit may face enforcement actions.
